What We Do
Persona is a limited-drop graphic T-shirt brand. We design the shirts, you pick what you want, and we get it shipped to you. Orders are handled personally, and we reach out to confirm everything before it ships.

Placing an Order
When you place an order, we will contact you directly to confirm the details: your size, colour, address, and payment. Your order is only confirmed once we have spoken and payment is sorted.
Prices are listed in Indian rupees and are fixed at the time you order. If we ever make a pricing mistake, we will tell you and you can decide whether to go ahead or cancel.

Payment
We coordinate payment with you directly after you place your order. This lets us review your custom colour, size, and delivery information before money changes hands.

Shipping
We ship across India. Once your order is confirmed and payment is done, delivery usually takes 5 to 9 working days. We will share tracking information once it is on the way.
Please make sure your address is correct when ordering. We cannot be responsible for orders lost because of an incorrect address.

If Something Goes Wrong
If there is a delay, a mix-up, or anything unexpected, message us. We are a small brand and we care about every order, so we will do our best to fix it.
